You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account and place any bets on rt555. Age verification is mandatory.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending review.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual bonus offer.
Fraud, abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting software, and collusion are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on rt555. If rt555 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation. Where underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any winnings will be voided.
The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players residing in Indonesia. You must be a legal resident of Indonesia to open and maintain an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, any jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gambling platform is prohibited by law.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling or entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling activities via rt555's responsible gaming tools, or who have been excluded by rt555 due to a previous breach of these Terms, are not eligible to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
To use the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method details. rt555 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. rt555 employs technical controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rt555 may close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances pending review.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your membership remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify rt555 of any material changes to your registered details, including changes to your name (e.g., due to marriage), address, email, or linked bank accounts. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account. rt555 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rt555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
rt555 conducts mandatory KYC verification on all accounts. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any point during your membership:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by rt555 will result in withdrawal restrictions and may result in account suspension. rt555 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rt555 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time; current availability is displayed at the point of transaction.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. rt555 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.
Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of a confirmed transfer. rt555 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. You must only make deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned where possible.
rt555 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The following conditions apply:
rt555 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction would place rt555 in violation of any applicable regulatory requirement. In such cases, rt555 will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.
rt555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, and to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
All bonus amounts are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting balance may be transferred to the real-money wallet and withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and any game contribution percentages are specified in each individual offer. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be stated explicitly in the offer terms.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus balances on which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, once per household, and once per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. rt555 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to void bonuses awarded in error.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or any other strategy deemed by rt555 to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
rt555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds stated limits; there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation; odds or game outcomes were displayed in error; or where accepting the bet would be contrary to regulatory requirements. Bet acceptance is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Member.
Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, football bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets, Asian handicap, and over/under markets — are governed by the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, rt555's void and settlement rules apply as published. BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup markets are all subject to these rules.
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live), and table games — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the game studio. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by official or third-party draw mechanisms as specified in the togel game rules section of the Platform. rt555 publishes draw schedules in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Discrepancies between draw results and bet settlement must be reported within 24 hours of the draw.
In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or communications failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game or bet, rt555 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's wallet. rt555 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated in a correctly functioning game environment had the error not occurred.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rt555 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software from the Platform without the prior written consent of rt555.
rt555 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rt555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if rt555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rt555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform — however arising — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you and held in your account at the time the claim arises.
rt555 is not responsible for the conduct, terms, or performance of third-party service providers, including game studios, payment processors, and telecommunications providers. Any issues with game software should be directed to rt555 customer support, who will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf.
rt555 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing your data for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

When material changes are made, rt555 will notify registered Members via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of law applicable to online gaming agreements. rt555 operates under international licensing standards and regulatory frameworks applicable to its operating jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as determined by rt555's regulatory framework. These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
